Crescent Infrastructure is very proud to have completed the structured cabling for Fiserv, in their beautiful building in Dublin’s docklands. We were responsible for the data structuring cabling infrastructure, for Fiserv’s magnificent office, with spectacular waterfront views, at 10 Hanover Quay in Dublin’s dockland.
The beautiful building was built in the 1780s, was formerly a storehouse and stables, and now has seven stories of office space.
We are very pleased with the work our team completed to plan and install the data cabling infrastructure to facilitate the networking and data needs of this unique project, and to assist in turning this area into a cutting-edge workplace with top-notch amenities directly for Fiserv.
The building was designed by O’Mahony Pike Architects with MOLA Architects and is a superb illustration of how historical materials can be preserved and reused in a creative and sensitive way to create a contemporary project while retaining historical significance and adding to the sense of place and industrial aesthetic of the Docklands.
The beautiful architectural design of the project also took first place in the Public Choice Award at the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) Awards 2022 as well as winning the Building of the Year Awards, Office (Medium) 2022.
We sincerely hope Fiserv enjoys its new workspace and a job well done to all involved in contributing to the completed project.
